\nI\u2019m Cokorda Istri Agung Sanistyarani, or usually called \u201cChoki\u201d, competing in -55 kg female division, proudly from Bali, Indonesia.

\n\nHow many SEA Games have you competed in and what is your record?<\/strong>
\nThis is going to be my sixth SEA Games. Previously I\u2019ve earned multiple medals,\nincluding GOLD, and consistently reached the podium in every appearance.

\n\nWhat\u2019s the proudest moment from previous games?<\/strong>
\nMy proudest moment was the first time I got on the podium, knowing that my hard work, discipline, and the trust of my coaches and teammates has paid off. It was a beautiful moment.

\n\nDescribe your fighting style in one word?<\/strong>
\nPRECISE!!

\n\nYour favourite technique?<\/strong>
\nOi-Tsuki\/Gyaku-tsuki Jodan. Fast, precise, simple, straight to the point.

\n\nWho will be your toughest opponent at these years SEA games do you think?<\/strong>
\nHonestly, everyone!! At this level, nobody is easy. I respect them all. But if I had to name one toughest rival, I would say Vietnam. But I focus on myself and my own performance!

\n\nPre-fight ritual \u2014 what MUST you do before stepping on the tatami?<\/strong>
\nMy ritual before competition is SELF-TALK! I take a moment to take a deep breath, lock in, and remind myself to stay focused, relaxed, enjoy the fight and stay dangerous!

\n\nDo you still get nervous?<\/strong>
\nYes, of course!! I think it\u2019s normal. Being nervous remind me that I care, that this matters. And it\u2019s helps me to stay focus.

\n\nOne thing people don\u2019t know about you?<\/strong>
\nMany people see me as serious person. But I\u2019m actually very caring toward the people around me, especially my teammates.
