ID RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
-Exchanges can ONLY be made if the item received is damaged and/or there is an error in sending the item that does not match the order (item type, size, color).
-Refunds for purchases can ONLY be made if the item received is damaged and/or there is an error in sending the item that does not match the order (item type, size, color). NOT INCLUDING selection errors (type, size, color) and/or items with promotional discounts.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs incurred in connection with product returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying shipping costs and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.
TERMS OF PURCHASE AND EXCHANGE OF DAMAGED ITEMS:
-Buyers can ask or consult (item type and size) to our Customer Service, via WhatsApp in the lower right corner. And it is expected to ask about the stock of goods before making a purchase.
-It is expected for customers to make an Unboxing video before opening the package. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately and attach your unboxing video for assistance. All damaged products can be returned unless there is a mistake (type, size, color) when purchasing.
