SHIPPING FEE

Shipping costs incurred in connection with product returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying shipping costs and for any risk of product loss or damage during shipping.

BROKEN PRODUCTS

It is expected for customers to do an Unboxing video before opening the package. If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately and attach your unboxing video for assistance. All damaged products can be returned except for the wrong size from the buyer.

SALE PRODUCTS

Discounted items cannot be returned.
